4. Data Sharing Within Productions

1Take is designed for team collaboration. Your production data (call sheets, schedules, budget) is shared with other team members on the same production project as determined by production managers and administrators.

You control who has access to your production through role-based permissions. Only authorized team members can view sensitive information like budgets and crew contact details.

5. Data Security

Your data is protected with enterprise-grade security including AES-256 encryption for sensitive information, SSL/TLS for data in transit, and multi-factor authentication options.
