1. Introduction

1 View ("the Application") is the iPhone companion to the 1 Take production management system, developed by CMB TechDev, a division of CMB Film Services, Inc. The Application is a private, read-only tool intended exclusively for CMB Film Services, Inc. crew and personnel. It presents the company's approved rental schedule and lets authorized users view rental request documents on the go. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Application uses and how it is handled.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The Application does not collect personal information from you. Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account or provide a name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not use advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs.
• We do not sell or share any information with advertisers or data brokers.
• The Application is read-only — it never collects user-generated content because there is no way to enter or submit data.

3. Access Code

Access to the Application is protected by a company access code issued to CMB Film Services, Inc. personnel. The access code is validated when you unlock the app and is remembered on your device so you do not have to re-enter it each time. This code is stored locally on your device and is used solely to gate access to the Application. It is not a personal identifier and is not linked to an individual profile.

4. Information the Application Displays

To do its job, the Application retrieves the following business information from CMB Film Services' own backend systems:

• Approved rental schedule entries, including project names, clients, call times, locations, and crew role assignments (such as Director, DOP, and Camera).
• Rental request documents (PDFs) associated with each approved project.

This information is company production data owned by CMB Film Services, Inc. Only approved requests are synced — drafts and pending paperwork never appear in the Application.

5. On-Device Caching

To make the schedule and documents fast to open on set, the Application prefetches and caches rental request documents on your device. This cache lives only on your device and exists purely for performance. You can clear it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Application. The Application may also store small local preferences (such as remembering your access code) on your device.

6. How Information Is Used

The business information described above is used solely to display the approved schedule and rental request documents within the Application for authorized CMB personnel. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than internal production coordination.

7. Data Sharing

The Application does not share your information with third parties. Production data is transmitted only between the Application and CMB Film Services' own backend over a secure connection, solely to render the content you request.

8. Security

Access is gated by a company access code, and production data is retrieved over encrypted connections. Because the Application is read-only, it cannot modify, delete, or corrupt any production data in the 1 Take system.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is an internal business tool for CMB Film Services, Inc. personnel and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
